Method principle

The LFTOX-2010 water quality comprehensive toxicity analyzer is a water quality comprehensive toxicity monitoring system based on biosensing technology, which detects changes in the luminescence intensity of luminescent bacteria during metabolism. Luminescent bacteria are non pathogenic bacteria that have the ability to emit light, with a certain intensity under normal conditions. When luminescent bacteria are in a toxic water environment, their emitted light is inhibited, and the comprehensive toxicity of water quality can be quickly and accurately determined based on changes in the intensity of luminescent bacteria.
